Klarna's Privacy Policy:

We charge a 2% cancellation fee. Guests can cancel their reservation up to 2 days before arrival date. After the cancellation period guests have to pay the amount of the first night + 2%. 

The full amount of the booking will be charged if guests do not show up and do not cancel ( No-Show ).

Your personal data will only be used to secure your reservation. We will not sell or give away your personal data to any unrelated third parties and the data will not be used for advertising.

We use Klarna as a payment provider. This means that we transfer your personal information in the form of contact and order details to Klarna when the purchase is completed, so that Klarna handles your purchase. Your transferred personal information is processed in accordance with Klarna's own privacy statement.
